High-tech measuring systems save valuable material and reduce costs. The positioning carriage accuracy of our sawing machine is +/- 0.05 mm. The combination of a synchronous drive and a non-contact absolute measuring system on both sides of the positioning carriage guarantees optimal cutting accuracy.
2Zero Scratching? Almost there!
For our machine table surfaces, soft plastic is used on request. The soft table surface and air cushions protect the aluminum and prevent scratches. In addition, a movable extraction hood removes almost all the sawing chips.
3Interchangeable machine table surface
Choose between a soft table surface made of plastic or wear-resistant, hardened steel pads. The table surface can be replaced with a few simple steps.
4Powerful motors and twice the machine weight
Power in a double pack: Our saw motors have an output up to 78 kW and the machine weight is twice to comparable models. These properties make our aluminum saws more precise, faster, and more robust. Even at high cutting speeds, a stable sawing process is ensured.
5Five tons of material seem as light as a feather.
Our air cushions are extra strong and always act where the material is situated at any given time. Large aluminum plates can be moved effortlessly with one finger. Best of all, replacing the air nozzles can be achieved with ease and within a few minutes.
6Intelligent Extraction Hood + Integrated Safety System
Our extraction system ensures the automatic efficient capture of nearly all sawing chips exactly where they are generated. In addition, the extraction hood reliably protects employees from the saw blade and from the dangerous ejection of trim and cut parts. This innovative concept eliminates the need for a high-maintenance plastic slat curtain.
7Intelligent Pressure Beam Concept
Competing sawing systems attempt to compensate for material unevenness or thickness tolerances through very high hold-down pressure – thus with limited success. To solve this problem, we use an electric pressure beam and compensating pins. This approach ensures better outcomes and reduces pressure beam wear. Our pressure beams are true masters in vacuuming up chips – even the extraction of aluminum wool is done without clogging the system.

AluPrecisor work?
Intelligent material management
A positioning carriage transports the material to the cutting position. A synchronous drive equipped with an integrated absolute measuring system ensures optimal precision on both sides of the carriage.
Plate cutting
Before the saw blade rises, the pressure beam holds down the material. Pneumatically operated pins adjust for material tolerances, enabling the carriage clamps to release before the final cut. Two electrically operated, torque-controlled cross aligners apply pressure to the material against the squaring rail.
Smart chip extraction and easy sawing operation
A patented, mobile extraction hood reliably removes the sawing chips. The machine is intuitively controlled via the user-friendly touch and animated interface. The machine automatically selects and applies recipe suggestions based on material and tool parameters.

2Is the AluPreciser Industry 4.0 capable?
Certainly — our plate saws can be easily integrated into any network. Thanks to open interfaces the machine can be easily integrated into existing ERP, MES or production control systems. In addition, production data can be monitored and analyzed in real time.
3What robot solutions can be integrated?
We offer modular automation concepts with various robot connections: from automatic material feeding and parts handling to the highest expansion stage, in which technology takes over the entire cutting process. The systems are fully customizable according to your workflow situation.
4What cutting lengths are available for the Briganto panel sizing saw?
The AluPrecisor is available in several cutting lengths, depending on the model:
• AP 10: 3,250 mm or 4,250 mm
• AP 15: 3,250 mm or 4,250 mm (optional 2,250 mm)
• AP 20 & AP 25: 3,250 mm, 4,250 mm or 6,250 mm
• Customer-specific cutting lengths are also possible on request.
5What is the maximum panel thickness that can be cut?
• AP 10: up to 100 mm
• AP 15: up to 150 mm
• AP 20: up to 200 mm
• AP 25: up to 250 mm (optional 300 mm)
This makes the AluPrecisor also suitable for thick aluminum plates or stacks.
6What is the maximum weight of the plate stacks?
The maximum stacks weights are:
• AP 10: 2,000 kg
• AP 15: 2,500 kg
• AP 20: 3,000 kg
• AP 25: 5,000 kg
This enables sawing of very large or heavy aluminum stacks, e.g. for industrial cutting applications.
7What is the plate alignment area of the machine?
The alignment area covers the entire cutting length. This allows plates of any length to be precisely aligned, regardless of the selected machine design.
8What is the aligning torque of the cross aligners?
The pressing force per alignment cam depends on the model:
• AP 10: 2,000 N
• AP 15: 2,500 N
• AP 20: 3,000 N
• AP 25: 6,000 N
This ensures secure alignment, even when handling large or heavy plate stacks.

10What feed rates are possible?
All our sawing machines offer a variable of adjustable saw feed speeds from 0.1 to 80 m/min. This allows the cutting speed to be optimally adapted to different material thicknesses and cutting qualities.
11How precisely does the positioning carriage position the material?
The positioning accuracy is ± 0.05 mm on all our saws. This guarantees extremely precise cuts, even with series cuts or tight tolerance specifications.
12Are alternative cutting lengths or additional technical configurations available?
Yes. In addition to the standard dimensions mentioned, other cutting lengths or special technical solutions are available on request. Briganto offers tailored solutions for specific customer production requirements.
13Is the plate saw also suitable for very large plate formats?
Yes. With a maximum cutting length of up to 6,250 mm and a panel thickness of up to max. 300 mm, the AluPreciser is optimally designed for large-format aluminum plates and stack, e.g. in the aerospace industry or in vehicle construction.
14Is the panel sizing saw also suitable for series cuts with tight tolerances?
Absolutely. Thanks to the high positioning accuracy of ± 0.05 mm and the powerful saw motors, the AluPreciser is ideal for precise series cuts with large quantities.
15How flexible is the AluPreciser with different material thicknesses?
Very flexible. The variable saw feed (0.1 – 80 m/min) and the high motor power make it possible to process both thin and extremely thick plates – without any loss of quality.
