Trade Show Highlights from Briganto: AluCompact Remnant Saw and the New AluControl

From October 6 to 8, 2026, Düsseldorf hosts Aluminium 2026, the world's leading trade fair for the aluminum industry, where manufacturers, processors, and suppliers from around the globe present their latest technologies. We're bringing two genuine innovations: our new remnant saw, AluCompact, and a fundamentally reworked AluControl. Live, on 240 m², we show that aluminum cutting can be simple, precise, safe, and efficient, all at once.

World Premiere: AluCompact, Our New Strip and Remnant Saw

We're presenting the AluCompact for the first time, a completely new strip and remnant saw. It ensures valuable offcuts never go to waste, closing the production loop entirely. You get the maximum out of every plate, with a minimal footprint and high machine speed.

New AluControl: A Machine That Always Knows What to Do

Speed, feed rate, or saw blade protrusion: it's all already stored. Your team just enters the material name. Our AluControl software matches material-specific sawing recipes with the saw blade in use and sets the perfect cutting parameters.

We've fundamentally upgraded our already trailblazing human-machine interface: even simpler, more intuitive, safer, faster. Machine and operating data are available at the push of a button. Open interfaces to upstream and downstream processes or higher-level control systems are standard with us.

Part of Our Full Portfolio

AluCompact rounds out our plate saw AluPreciser and our profile and cross-cut saw CrossCut into a complete sawing portfolio. All three are modular in design and can be upgraded to the next automation level at any time, no new machine purchase required. Fully automated variants cover the entire cutting process, right through to labeling, storage, remnant management, and packaging.

Complex Production Processes, Simple Workflow

Whether it's smart networking, seamless material flow, or tailored automation: we think of production as a whole. Our goal: manufacturing processes that run more reliably, cost less, and deliver more.

Stop by, enjoy a cocktail, and see for yourself: it's worth it.

We're making room for what we do best.

Honestly, at Briganto we're more the "work first, talk later" type. But when you're laying the foundation for the future on nearly 9,000 m², it's worth a mention. Our new headquarters is taking shape in Andelsbuch, set for completion by the end of 2026. That the design comes from Bernardo Bader feels like a genuine stroke of luck. We admire his architecture because it mirrors exactly what we look for in our machines: clarity, top-tier quality, and a focus on what matters – no unnecessary flourishes.

Until now, we've been spread across several sites. Soon, administration, engineering, production, and assembly all come together under one roof. For us, that means shorter distances, more direct exchange, and more focus on the details that make the difference in the end. We're building a showroom where you won't just see our technology, you'll feel it at work, and a canteen for the team, because for us, good collaboration starts over a shared meal too.

We're not doing this to stand out. We're doing it to keep being the partner our customers in machine building and industry can rely on – one who understands their challenges down to the smallest detail. Sharper, faster, stronger isn't a marketing line for us; it's the daily standard for every CrossCut and every AluPreciser that leaves our factory. We remain who we've always been: 100% specialized in aluminum, grounded in how we work, and proud of what we achieve together.

In short: we're building the tool we need to keep building world-class aluminum saws. Now, back to work – there's plenty to do.

An evening for the team – Christmas party 2025

Around here, we usually talk in tenths of a millimeter, cutting speeds, and automation concepts. But on 19.12.2025, we shut the machines down a little early. The whole Briganto team gathered at the Wirtshaus zur Taube in Alberschwende to close out an intense year together. It was a genuinely good evening, one that reminded us that technology matters, but success is ultimately made by people.

We know exactly why our aluminum saws lead on innovation worldwide: because we have a team that gets things done and stands behind every single project. Whether in engineering, production, or service, the quality of our work is always the sum of everyone's individual contribution. That's why the team was front and center that evening. It was a simple but honest thank you to everyone who makes us who we are today. We're looking forward to putting the pedal down together again next year.

Briganto puts down roots in Asia.

A good cut needs more than a strong machine, it also needs proximity to the material and to the customer. Since our technology is now in demand worldwide, we're taking the next logical step and forming a joint venture with BONETTI Cutting Experts®: BONETTI BRIGANTO ASIA, headquartered in Singapore. For us, this is more than just a new address on the map, it's a promise to bring our high-performance solutions for the aluminum, composite, and graphite industries directly to where they're needed.

Through it all, we're staying true to what people expect from Briganto: no long talk, just technical solutions that work. We're bringing our technical know-how in cutting demanding materials straight to producers on the ground, and in Asia too, we're relying on tailored aluminum saws and automation concepts that confidently solve real industrial challenges. With a local presence in Singapore, we're more accessible to our partners and offer support that actually lives up to the name. In the end, our goal in Asia is the same as at home: to deliver machines and aluminum saws for the aluminum industry that make business success inevitable. We're looking forward to shaping the future together with our customers, cut by cut, wherever in the world that may be.
