Strip and Remnant Saw:
Briganto AluCompact

World Premiere at Aluminium 2026 in Düsseldorf

Maximize the value
of each plate

With our strip and remnant saw, we cover all the requirements that show up in the modern aluminum sawing process – from start to finish.

Complete your production cycle in aluminum processing with a compact strip and remnant saw!

What are the suitable uses
for a strip and remnant saw?

When cutting large aluminum plates, offcuts are often created. Our strip and remnant saw maximizes the use of valuable offcuts by effectively processing leftover materials.

This allows you to get the most out of every plate – with minimal space requirements and high machine operating speed.

What makes our
strip and remnant saw so special?

Increased efficiency and speed

• Streamlined processing of remnants
• Cuts down on wasted and idle time

Compact design

• requires minimal floor space

Excellent accessibility

• Convenient operation and maintenance

Cost savings

• Significantly cheaper than large plate saws
• Less material waste

Even small parts can be processed

• Aluminum pieces up to 20 x 10 mm
• The strip must be at least 30 mm wide

Future-proof

• Optionally expandable to a fully automatic remnant processing

FULL-AUTOMATION expansion level in remnant processing

Fully automated storage and cutting of remnants – through to the ready-to-ship part.

This expansion level stands for maximum productivity and minimal manual intervention. The entire process runs automatically – from storing offcuts to the finished cut and feeding new remnants back into the system.

All offcuts destined for the remnant storage are fed into the system via a loading station. The robot stores them automatically, calculating the ideal use of storage space as it goes.

Once an order to cut a remnant is triggered, the robot retrieves the matching raw material from storage, feeds it to the saw, and stacks the cut parts to customer specification. If new offcuts are generated in the process, they're automatically returned to the storage tower.

What's fully automated?
• Automatic material feeding
• Part manipulation and handling
• Sawing
• Customer-specific stacking and packaging
• Automatic labeling or marking
• Optional: direct integration into shipping or production logistics

Your benefits:
• Consistent quality, no matter your staffing
• Maximum machine utilization
• Fully traceable, structured processes
• The most cost-efficient way to run series production

Built for companies that demand maximum automation and efficiency.
